New Home Sales Down 6% Nationwide
The National Association of Home Builders recently released information for sales for June, 2006 and the information is not good for builders. However, the news is VERY good for home buyers.
Our buyers are getting up to 10-15% incentives AND prices are down 10-20% from the base prices for 2006.
